Qualifications

I am a senior executive in the cosmetics industry currently serving as Vice President of R&D for a cosmetic contract manufacturer. I hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and have spent over 15 years in R&D and manufacturing leadership roles. My experience encompasses formulation development, safety and stability testing, GMP manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management across cosmetic, OTC, and personal care categories.

I have prepared expert witness opinion reports and provided deposition testimony in state and federal litigation, serving both plaintiff and defense counsel. I am experienced reviewing technical and regulatory documentation, including formulation records, batch manufacturing records, safety data, stability studies, and regulatory filings.
